CMF By Nothing Smartphone Spotted On BIS India Certification; Concept Design Tipped Online

Nothing’s sub-brand CMF by Nothing last month unveiled its latest Neckband Pro and Buds in the Indian market. Nothing’s sub-brand is famous for introducing affordable smartwatches, earbuds, and neckbands and it appears that CMF is now planning to introduce its first smartphone in the country.

The Tech Outlook has spotted a CMF by Nothing device with model number A015 on India’s BIS certification website.

The database does not reveal the moniker of the device but it suggests that this mysterious device is a CMF by Nothing smartphone. This model number was earlier spotted by Android Headlines online and it was claimed that the model number belongs to Nothing Phone (3). But this latest discovery on the BIS database now hints that the model number belongs to a new smartphone that will be launched by Nothing under CMF branding.

The listing confirms the launch of the device in India. Since Nothing’s sub-brand is known for introducing budget-friendly gadgets in the country, it is expected that this upcoming smartphone might also arrive as a mid-range device. However, we need to wait for further updates to know the moniker and launch details of this mysterious smartphone.

As per the design shared by a tipster, the device may feature a single camera and an LED flash on the rear panel. The device is said to arrive with a brushed plastic body and chrome buttons. It was also said to arrive in Orange, Black, and White color options. The tipster also shared some key specs about this rumored device- Dimensity 7030 Pro SoC, 6.2-inch display, 90 Hz refresh rate, and 6GB/128GB storage variant. It is expected to arrive at €149.

Since it is a concept design it should be taken with a grain of salt. But soon more information about this smartphone will start to flow in.
