Vivo Y36s Spotted On Google Play Console Website With Model Number Similar To Vivo G2

In January, the smartphone brand Vivo officially launched its Vivo G2 smartphone in the Chinese market. We all are aware that Vivo has been launching the same devices with different monikers multiple times and the same thing is now expected to happen with the Vivo G2 smartphone.

Well before its launch, the Vivo G2 smartphone was spotted with model number PD2318 on the Google Play Console database. Today The Tech Outlook has spotted the same model number with a different moniker has once again appeared on the website. Vivo Y36s was spotted with model number PD2318 on the Google Play Console listing.

This indicates that Vivo Y36s will be arriving as a repackaged version of Vivo G2. And the model number suggests that this upcoming device will be launched in China only. If we talk about the specs of Vivo Y36s, the database reveals chip number MT6833 which corresponds to MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC but the device might launch with Dimensity 6020 SoC as a similar thing happened with the Vivo G2 smartphone. Similarly just like Vivo G2, Vivo Y36s is also revealed to arrive with Android 13 OS, 720×1612 screen resolution, and 6GB RAM.

Since the above specs match with the Vivo G2 smartphone and both the devices carry the same model number, it is expected that the Vivo Y36s and Vivo G2 might be equipped with the same features. Also, looking at the model number V2318A, it will probably launch in China soon.
