Jeff Bezos started Amazon in 1994 with just 10 employees in Bellevue, Washington. Now Amazon has become one of the biggest companies in the world with about 1.5 million of total work force and a total net capital worth of about $860 billion.
He was also the CEO of Amazon until July 2021, at which year he stepped down to become the Executive Chairman of Amazon
In his way to success, Jeff Bezos had made sure about four things. He was passionate in what he was doing, was always ready to take risks and never was afraid to fail and finally made sure that his company was always customer based.
Jeff Bezos had shared his idea of how a young and budding startups must use their early capital resources. They must identify their financial problems and risks of the company and must try to eliminate them one by one. This way the company will slowly grow to a bigger company and will finally reach a stage where the company will decide its future.
Bezos is now one of the richest entrepreneurs in the world and was even the world’s richest man before Elon Musk took over the position. He even has a net capital worth of about $105.1 billion.
