The One UI 5.1 Update

Samsung has come up with the latest version of the One UI, the One UI 5.1 which will have its first appearance in the Samsung Galaxy S23 smartphones that are to launch soon.

As per reports, it is clear that the Samsung smartphones launched after the Galaxy S20 and the Galaxy Z Flip will receive the One UI 5.1 update. It is also not clear whether the Galaxy S20 and the Galaxy Z Flip smartphones itself will receive the update or not.

Since the Galaxy S10 Lite and the Galaxy Note 10 Lite smartphones are launched before the Galaxy S20 and the Galaxy Z Flip smartphones, the company might not be having any plans to roll out the update to these devices.

The One UI 5.1 update will bring some optimizations in terms of performance and will also add options for customizing the lock screen. Home screen battery widgets will also be introduced with the update.

The Galaxy S10 Lite and the Galaxy Note 10 Lite smartphone users unfortunately won’t be able to enjoy these features. The One UI 4.1 based on the Android 12 operating system might be the last update for the Galaxy Note 10 Lite and the One UI 5.0 is going to be the last update for the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite smartphone.
