Samsung Galaxy A54 4G variant has Appeared on the FCC Certification Website
Samsung is scheduled to release the Galaxy A34 and A54 5G versions on March 16th, as previously reported. However, recent information has surfaced that a 4G variant of the Samsung Galaxy A54 smartphone has been spotted on the FCC certification website. The listing has also disclosed several specifications for the upcoming device. Let’s delve further into the details.
The Samsung Galaxy A54 4G Receives the FCC Certification
The upcoming Samsung Galaxy A54 4G smartphone with the model number SMA546DZKBDCM has now received the FCC certification. The FCC ID number is A3LSMA546JPN.
The device will only be supporting 2G, 3G, and 4G network connectivity, and the bands the device will be supporting are listed below.
From the listing, it is also understood that the device with a model name SC-53D and a series model name SCG21 has been tested. The tested bands of the device include GSM 850/1900, WCDMA FDD V, and LTE FDD 5/12/26 TDD 41. The additional capabilities of the device as per the listing includes Bluetooth connectivity support, NFC support, Wi-Fi(802.11b/g/n/a/ac/ax), GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System), SD card, audio and video, FM radio, and camera.
As mentioned, the smartphone will only support 2G, 3G, and 4G network connectivity and won’t support 5G carrier-based network connectivity. Also the listing revealed, the smartphone will support NFC, which indicates that the smartphone user will be able to access the 5G network through a Wi-Fi network.

The earphone too which was tested shows that the device has a USB type-C connector on the EUT end. This could only mean that the upcoming Galaxy A54 4G smartphone might not have a 3.5mm audio jack instead an earphone can be connected to it via the USB type-C port.
