Here’s the ColorOS 13 Beta Version Rollout Timeline: Take a Look at it

OPPO has released the timeline for the Android 13 based ColorOS 13 beta update for certain OPPO devices. This article will look into the devices which are to receive the beta version rollout and also about the features offered in the latest ColorOS 13 custom user interface.

The ColorOS 13 Beta Version Rollout

The OPPO smartphones which include the OPPO Reno6, OPPO Reno5, OPPO Reno5 Marvel Edition, OPPO Reno5 F, and the OPPO F19 Pro had already received the ColorOS 13 beta update. Other devices which include the OPPO A55 and the OPPO A53s 5G are scheduled to get the beta update of the ColorOS 13 custom user interface starting from the first week of March.

OPPO has also mentioned that the OPPO A55 users in India and Indonesia and the OPPO A53s 5G users of India will be the ones who will receive the update.

The update schedule presents an approximate date of the update and might change depending on the smartphone model, the country, and the carrier. The beta update will also be rolled out on a batch-by-batch basis and won’t be available in all the markets but in selected ones. It is also to be noted that carrier-exclusive models are not included in the roll-out schedule and the beta version rollout for such smartphones will be decided by the respective carriers.

The OPPO smartphone users who would want to receive the beta update will have to go to their phone’s “Settings” menu and tap “About Device”. Once the “About Device” menu opens, tap on the icon in the top right corner and then select “Trial Versions”. Fill in your information in the next window and then apply.

After applying, the user will receive the update which can be downloaded and installed. However, if the application quota is full, the user will have to wait for the next round.

Here are some of the features of the ColorOS 13 custom user interface

The new custom user interface will bring an Aquamorphic design to your OPPO device and will also introduce new color palettes and a new type of interface. ColorOS 13 will also bring a Dynamic Computing Engine to offer its users a seamless performance.

A shadow reflective clock, private safe, multi-screen connect, meeting assistant, and different kinds of always-on displays are also part of the update.
