Realme GT Neo 5 SE Confirmed to have the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 Chipset: Here’s What We Know
The toned-down version of the Realme GT Neo 5, the Realme GT Neo 5 SE is expected to have its imminent launch and prior to its launch, the promo material of the device reveals that the upcoming smartphone will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chipset.

The Realme GT Neo 5 SE (Expected/Leaked Specs)
The Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer, Realme had recently launched the Realme GT Neo 5 smartphone on the 9th of February, 2023 and reports were pointing to a toned-down version of the smartphone that could likely hit the market soon.
The Realme GT Neo 5 SE, the smartphone that the Chinese brand plans to launch as the toned-down version of the GT Neo 5 smartphone has already made its way to numerous certification websites from where some of the key specs of the device were made available.
Now based on the promo material of the upcoming smartphone, the Realme GT Neo 5 SE is confirmed to launch equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chipset. It was also previously unclear whether the phone would have the same Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset used in the Realme GT Neo 5 smartphone, or whether it would have a downgraded Snapdragon 7+ Gen 1 chipset. All these have now been put to rest.
The Realme GT Neo 5 SE also appeared on GeekBench with a model number of RMX3700 and is confirmed to have the Android 13 operating system. It will also have an 8-core processor, of which the primary core will have a clock speed of 2.92 GHz. Three of the other cores are clocked at 2.50 GHz and the four power-saving cores are having a clock speed of 1.80 GHz.
About the other specifications, the Realme GT Neo 5 SE smartphone is expected to have an OLED display with a screen size of 6.74 inches and a screen resolution of 2772 x 1240 pixels. The device is also expected to have a 144Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 1,100 nits, and a PWM dimming of 2160Hz.
On the rear, the device is also expected to have a triple rear camera setup with a 64MP OmniVision primary camera, an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra wide-angle camera, and a 2MP camera which might either be a depth sensor or a macro camera. The Realme GT Neo 5 SE is also likely to have a front-facing camera of 16MP as well.
The upcoming smartphone is also expected to have a battery backup of 5500 mAh and would possibly support a 100W fast charge feature. With the launch of the device, we will be able to know more about the smartphone including its price and other specifications.
