iQOO Z7x 5G NBTC listing spotted, global launch likely in April

iQOO Z7x 5G recently debuted in China. A recent leak claimed that the device would be released in India by mid-April. It appears that the device will soon land in other markets as well. The reason behind it is that the iQOO Z7x 5G, which has the I2216 model number, was spotted at Malaysia’s SIRIM certification last week. Now, it has been approved by Thailand’s NBTC certification.

The NBTC certification is a good hint that the iQOO Z7x 5Gt will be released soon in Thailand. With the March month ending soon, it appears that it will debut in the country at some point in April. The NBTC does not have major information on the specifications of the iQOO Z7x 5G.

Rumours are rife that the global version of the iQOO Z7x 5G will have the same specifications as its Chinese counterpart. However, the fast charging on the global version might not be as fast as the 80W charging on the Chinese version. In China, the device comes in three variants, such as 6GB+128GB, 8GB+128GB, and 8GB+256GB. It is speculated that India may receive only the 8GB+256GB variant of the Z7x 5G.

In India, the iQOO Z7x 5G will be priced lower than the Dimensity 920-powered iQOO Z7. The Z7x is expected to arrive with a sub-Rs 16,000 price tag.
