The ASUS ROG Strix Scar 18 (2023) G834 gaming laptop is powered by the 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13980HX processor with a clock speed of 2.2 GHz that can reach to a maximum clock speed of 5.6GHz. It runs on the Windows 11 Home operating system.
Two variants of the gaming laptop are available with two different GPUs. The variant with model number G834JZ-N5041WS comes equipped with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 laptop GPU. The G834JY-N6056WS variant has the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop GPU.
The displays are also different in the two variants. The G834JZ-N5041WS laptop has a full HD+ 18″ display with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. It also has a refresh rate of 165Hz.
