Tecno Camon 20 Pro 4G spotted on Google Play Console with MediaTek MT6789 Helio G99 processor

It appears that Tecno is preparing to launch its next device, the Tecno Camon 20 Pro, which will succeed last year’s Tecno Camon 19 Pro released in June.

Recently, the Tecno Camon 20 Premier was spotted on the FCC website, revealing some of its key specifications. The certification website indicates that the model number is CK9n and that the device will feature 45W charging, a 4900mAh battery, and 8GB of RAM with 512GB of storage.

After this, we have now spotted the Tecno Camon 20 Pro 4G on the Google Play Console website with the model number CK7n, which suggests that it may be launching soon

From the listing, it appears that the Tecno Camon 20 Pro 4G will feature a MediaTek MT6789 Helio G99 processor, which is a 4G processor. It will come with an 8GB RAM option and will run on Android 13 out of the box. The phone will have a screen resolution of 1080X2400 pixels, and it has been listed with a Vulkan version of 1.1.0.

From the listing, we can also get a fair idea about the front design of this smartphone. If we take a look at the image, it appears that the phone will have thick bezels around the screen and will come with a punch-hole display. Additionally, we can also see that the volume rocker buttons and fingerprint sensor are located on the right side of the phone.

Like its predecessor, the Tecno Camon 20 Pro will be launched in two variants, one with 4G and the other with 5G connectivity.

According to the leaked specs, the phone’s camera department will feature a triple rear camera setup, including a 108MP main snapper with sensor-shift OIS and laser autofocus, a 13MP ultra-wide camera, and a macro cam. However, there is no information yet regarding the selfie camera for this smartphone. As per the report, this smartphone is going to be priced anywhere from Rs 20,000 ($243) – Rs 25,000($304.21). The report further claimed that the 5G variant is going to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor.

Tecno Camon 20 Pro 5G was also spotted on the Bluetooth SIG website revealing it will come with Bluetooth version 5.3.

Although there hasn’t been any official announcement from Tecno yet, it is expected to launch soon based on the available information.
