Google’s Pixel Watch has received a new update which will update the device with the April 2023 security patch. The update won’t bring any major changes and isn’t intended to fix any bugs.

Google Pixel Watch Gets April 2023, Security Patch
Here’s some exciting news for all the Google Pixel Watch users out there. Google has started rolling out a new update to its Pixel Watch which carries the April 2023 security patch. The new update has a firmware version of RWDA.230114.010.G2 and will not be bringing major changes to the device.
Google will continue rolling out the update till the next week and users of the Google Pixel Watch will be receiving the update in phases. Once the OTA(over-the-air) update becomes available, users will be notified about it.
Here are the specifications of the Google Pixel Watch
Google launched its Pixel Watch on the 13th of October, 2022 and the device is available both in cellular + Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi-only models.
It is powered by the Exynos 9110(10 nm) chipset with a clock speed of 1.15 GHz and runs on the Android Wear OS 3.5. The device also has the Mali-T720 GPU and offers RAM of 2GB and internal storage of 32 GB.
It also features an always-on AMOLED display panel with a screen size of 1.2 inches and a screen resolution of 450 x 450 pixels which is protected with the Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
Coming to the sensors inbuilt on it, the Pixel Watch has an accelerometer, gyroscope, heart rate monitor, altimeter, compass, and SpO2 sensor. It supports a Bluetooth version of 5.0.
The device also has a battery backup of 294 mAh and can be charged with a Qi wireless charger.
