Complaints regarding Galaxy S23 Cameras producing Blurry or soft photos keeps on increasing with zero solution to the problem by Samsung
Samsung unveiled its Galaxy S23 series at the mega Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event held in the month of February. The smartphones to debut under this series were –Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra. Though it was observed that this newly launched series didn’t have any major upgrades over its predecessor Galaxy S22 series but still the smartphones received compliments from many and were ruling the hearts since the day of its launch which was definitely good news for Samsung.
But this happiness of the tech giant turned out to be short-term as few users of Galaxy S23 and S23+ started reporting issues regarding the camera. The users complained of getting pictures where a part is blurred and out of focus while capturing images from the main camera. It was expected that Samsung would either provide a solution or a software update for this problem but the company chose silence.
Now the number of this issue reported having increased as recently a Reddit user posted an image that he has taken from Galaxy S23 in landscape orientation.
From the image, it could be clearly seen that the image was all perfect but the only problem was the marked area which remained out of focus and was blurry/soft. The strange thing is that this blurry area is not at the corner of the image but somewhere in the middle which is quite unusual. After the user reported this issue, many users in the comment section mentioned that they are facing the same issue.
Getting a blurry image was not the only strange thing, the reply of the Samsung moderator to this issue was also astonishing.
According to the moderator, it’s not an issue with the device but a sensor & lens characteristic which will give the user a DSLR bokeh effect.
Since Samsung has still not spoken regarding this issue till now users can only wait for a software update that fixes this camera bug or visit their local Samsung administrator.
