POCO India Support had to become active over increasing complaints about the POCO smartphone’s display, camera, motherboard, and sometimes even the service center. In our previous article, we reported on the outrage of the POCO users that they expressed in the comment section of a review video. Something needed to be done and POCO did it by extending the period of warranty for the new POCO F4 smartphone. It will at least give an assurance to the customers that they have two long years of warranty period.
Extended warranty for POCO F5
This was about an already launched smartphone but to give a cherry on the cake POCO has announced the same for the upcoming POCO F5 smartphone. This news has been announced by the Himanshu Tandon Country Head of POCO India. Sharing the post about the additional 1-year warranty he wrote “ As promised, here’s a King Sized Announcement prior to our launch. Thrilled to announce that we will be providing an additional “1 Year Warranty” to all #POCOF5 customers. Now that’s not all! Do tune in to our launch this evening for more”.
Expected features of the POCO F5
The launch event of this smartphone will start in a few minutes. If we talk about its features, the company has already confirmed the processor which will be the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 processor. It is expected to feature a 6.67-inch wide AMOLED display with WQHD+ resolution with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 480 Hz touch sampling rate. As far as the camera is concerned it can sport a 64 MP main camera + 8 MP ultra-wide camera and a 2 MP macro lens. The front side of the smartphone can boast an 8 MP camera. It can pack a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 67W wired charging. Following the trend and requirements of the market it should have Android 13 out of the box.
