Twitter Edit Tweet Feature Can Now be Accessed for Upto 60 Minutes
Twitter Blue Subscribers will be able to edit their original tweets within one hour of its posting time, double the previous time the feature had.
Here’s more about it.
Twitter Edit Tweet Feature
The edit tweet feature was one of the most wanted features of Twitter users and to satisfy the want, the micro-blogging platform introduced the feature last year, ahead of the company being purchased by Elon Musk.
After Musk’s arrival, he revamped the whole platform, making a lot of changes and updates, and even updating the platform’s terms and conditions. Musk also brought the Twitter Blue subscription with many added features and benefits and even brought new badges to the platform. Musk too might have understood how important the edit tweet feature is for the platform and also for its users, which might be why he had made the edit tweet option one of the features of Twitter Blue. Yes, since it is a Twitter Blue feature, users have to pay for it now.
Previously the edit tweet option for the original tweets was only available or can only be accessed within 30 minutes of posting the tweet and after which the tweet cannot be changed or modified. Now it has been notified that Twitter Blue subscribers will be able to access the feature and edit their tweets within 60 minutes of posting it.
Blue subscribers now have up to 1 hour to edit their Tweets.
