The latest Motorola Razr 40 Ultra is sure a good smartphone and a really great upgrade from Motorola’s previous flip devices but, when it is compared with the Motorola Razr 2022, it falls a little behind on one of its specs.
While taking the performance of the two devices, both the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra and the Motorola Razr 2022 use the same Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset with the same primary clock speed and the same GPU. But unlike the Razr 2022, the Razr 40 Ultra comes pre-installed with the Android 13-based operating system.
For its display too, the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra has a significant upgrade from the previous flip-phone as the device features a larger inner display and a larger cover display with higher screen resolution and faster refresh rate.
Both the devices feature a dual camera setup at its rear but, when it comes to the main camera used, the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra only has a 12MP main camera whereas the Razr 2022 has a main camera of 50MP. Other than this, the two devices have the same ultrawide and front-facing cameras.
The latest Razr 40 Ultra also has an improved battery backup of 3800 mAh when compared with the Razr 2022, with the same wired fast charge feature and an additional 5W wireless charging feature.
So apart from its main camera drawback, the latest Motorola Razr 40 Ultra has the same processor, better display, better battery, and an added wireless charging feature, making the device the best in this comparison in terms of its overall specifications.
