Mitsubishi Colt 2024 with 66-HP base model revealed, bears resemblance to the Renault Clio

Mitsubishi recently revealed the new 2024 Mitsubishi Colt.

It is meant to feature three different engine versions.

The Mitsubishi Colt 2024 would have the engine options of 1.0-liter three-cylinder (66hp); 0-16 in 17.1 s; turbocharged 1.0-liter three-cylinder (90hp) and 1.6 liter hybrid (141hp) 0-60 in 9.3 s. The 66-hp is the base model and the 141-hp is the hybrid model.

Subsequent to its release, the market immediately pointed out that the new Mitsubishi Colt is a rebadged version of the Renault Clio and Captur.

Experts are of the view that it is essentially the same car, with a few minor changes. Minor changes are seen in the grille, bumpers, and lights.

Along with that, even the interior bears a clear resemblance to the Clio. The new Colt would feature a 7-inch or 9.3-inch display. Bose sound system would support the Car’s audio experience. This system would include 9 speakers along with a subwoofer. The car would also include two USB ports and a wireless charging pad.

The car would also include 360-degree cameras. Bi-led headlights would be used.

The official market launch for the Mitsubishi Colt 2024 is scheduled for this fall. However, the exact dates are not mentioned.

Renault mentioned that they will begin producing the Mitsubishi Colt in September 2023.
