Win up to Rs 20,000 by participating in the CyberMeme Competition; last date to participate is 30 June
The Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C), Ministry of Home Affairs, and MyGov is collaboratively organizing a ‘Meme Competition’ with the purpose of disseminating cyber awareness and cyber hygiene.
The competition is online and the last date of participation is 30 June.
The winners of the competition will win prize money in the following order: 1st Prize – Rs 20,000; 2nd Prize – Rs 10,000; 3rd Prize – Rs 5,000; 1st Consolation Prize – Rs 3,000; 2nd Consolation Prize – Rs 3,000.
Interested participants have to register on the MyGov website by 5 PM on 30th 2023. www.mygov.in
Interested participants are supposed to choose one of the following problem statements: Awareness about Cybercrime Helpline No. 1930; Awareness about National Cybercrime Reporting Portal – www.cybercrime.gov.in; Contribution of a Cyber Volunteer; Ways to Stay Safe While Shopping Online; and Importance of Social Media Privacy.
After choosing their choice of the problem statement, a participant has to make and submit an original meme.
Before making the meme, you can check references to the problem statements by following CyberDost on social media. CyberDost is the official Social Media handle of Cyber-safety and Cybersecurity awareness handle maintained by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.
The submitted meme should be photographs or graphics in either PDF, JPG, or JPEG format.
You can post your submission on your social media account by 5 PM on 30th June 2023. Make sure to keep your entry public on social media. You also have to use the hashtag #CyberDostMemes on your meme. While posting on social media, make sure to tag I4C’s CyberDost on your meme, whether it is on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, KOO or Snapchat.
It is to be noted that you have to submit your video mandatorily on MyGov along with the link to your post on social media.
