Oppo A78 4G promotional image leaked revealing key specs and design of smartphone
Oppo refreshed the A series with a mid-range smartphone Oppo A78 5G earlier this year that came with decent features at an affordable price for the users. Since its launch, reports have been hovering around the same smartphone’s 4G model. And this smartphone started making appearances on various certifications that we have been covering since the beginning.
Ahead of any official announcement the promotional image of Oppo A78 4G is leaked through MySmartPrice that reveals the key specs of this smartphone leaving nothing to imagination.
Design revealed
The images reveal that this smartphone will be launched in two colors Misty Black, and Aqua Green, and will feature Oppo’s Glow, Diamond Matrix design. Unlike Oppo A78 5G which came with a centered hole punch cutout, this smartphone will come with a hole punch cutout at the top left corner for the front camera. A pill-shaped camera module houses two camera cutouts on the rear side with a LED flash.
The image shows that this smartphone will come with thin bezels but the chin is considerably thick in the image.
Specifications of Oppo A78 4G
According to the images, this smartphone will come with a 6.43-inch AMOLED display that sports a Full HD+ resolution of 1080*2400 pixels and offers a 90Hz refresh rate. It will pack a Snapdragon 680 SoC accompanied by 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. It will be backed by 8GB virtual RAM and 1TB storage expansion via a microSD card.
As far as its camera is concerned Oppo A78 4G will come with a dual camera setup on the rear side thus featuring a 50 MP primary camera with a 2 MP bokeh lens. Camera capabilities include 108 MP ultra clear image mode, dual view video mode, and Bokeh Flare portrait mode. The front side of the smartphone will also feature an 8MP selfie camera.
This smartphone will run Android 13 out of the box. It will have a layer of ColorOS 13.1 on top of Android. It will pack a 5000 mAh battery with support of 67W SuperVOOC fast charging. As per the image its battery will take just 15 minutes to get charged up to 43% and 30 minutes to get charged up to 76%. Additionally, this smartphone will feature an in-display fingerprint sensor scanner, dual speakers, ultra volume mode, etc.
