Both the smartphones under comparison have similar specifications but if we look at the overall specifications of the two devices, the Vivo V27 Pro appears to be the better smartphone.
The Vivo V27 Pro smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset and offers a better performance than the Reno 8 Pro smartphone which is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Max chipset.
Both the smartphones in terms of its displays have the same AMOLED display panels but the V27 Pro smartphone from Vivo has a slightly larger display. Similar screen resolutions and a 120Hz refresh rate are also offered by the two devices.
Coming to the cameras, both the devices at its rear feature the same 50MP+8MP+2MP triple camera setup but for selfies the Vivo V27 Pro has a better 50MP front facing camera in comparison to the 32MP selfie camera offered on the OPPO smartphone.
The Vivo V27 Pro also has a slightly larger battery backup of 4600 mAh while the Reno 8 Pro packs a 4500 mAh battery. However it is to be noted that the Reno 8 Pro smartphone supports a faster wired fast charge feature and has a reverse wired charging support.
So as mentioned, when we look at the overall specification, even if the two smartphones appear to offer similar specifications, Vivo’s V27 Pro is to be considered as the better smartphone among the two devices.
