SONY officially announced their much-anticipated WF-1000XM5 wireless earbuds. The wireless earbuds were being teased since the start of this year. In recent developments, the true wireless earbuds were finally announced officially by SONY for a price of $299. However, it hasn’t been announced yet, when the earbuds will be available in other markets.
The WF-1000XM5 true wireless earbuds have been prepared with enhanced and developed specifications in comparison to previous earbuds of the series like the XM4.

In terms of its size, the WF-1000XM5 would stand at 25% smaller size than the XM4. It is also 20% lighter than the XM4.
ANC has been one of the active and much-appreciated features of SONY earbuds, and they have kept the same going on for the XM5 as well. The XM5 features 20% enhanced ANC than the XM4.
The XM5 has a powerful 8.4 mm Dynamic Driver X. Additionally, the buds are supported by Sony V2 and QN2e chips.
In terms of audio quality, it presents 24-bit audio processing. To add to it, it offers high-performance analogue amplification.
The battery life of the earbuds is to be appreciated as it offers about 1 hour of playback time with a mere 3-minute charge. As a whole, it is capable of providing an 8-hour battery backup with ANC. With additional power from the charging case, the backup can be achieved for up to 24 hours.
It has comfortable and convenient XS ear tips.
You would experience non-compromised high-quality calls with Sony’s AI based on DNN processing and bone condensers.
Head gestures and quadruple taps to control volume are some other additional features.
