Upcoming Redmi Note 13 Series Smartphone Processor and Cameras Tipped

The Chinese smartphone maker, Xiaomi will be launching its next Redmi Note 13 series smartphone soon and now ahead of the launch, the chipset and cameras offered in one of the upcoming smartphones has been tipped.

Here’s more about it.

Redmi Note 13 Series Smartphone – Processor and Cameras Tipped

A tipster(@Kacper Skrzypek) on the Twitter platform has shared this update, mentioning that a possible Redmi Note 13 series smartphone that will be using a MediaTek chipset will have a triple camera setup with a 2ooMP Samsung HP3 main camera, 8MP Sony IMX355 ultrawide camera and a 2MP Omnivision OV2B10 macro or depth camera. For selfies, the tipster mentions that it might provide a 16MP Omnivision OV16A1Q front-facing camera.

The surprising news is that the tipster has also mentioned that the MediaTek chipset that will be used in the smartphone is likely to be the same chipset used within the latest Redmi K60 Ultra smartphone. That is, this upcoming Redmi Note 13 series smartphone might be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset.

Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 13 series is expected to include three smartphone devices, the Redmi Note 13, Redmi Note 13 Pro and the Redmi Note 13 Pro+. Of the three devices, the Redmi Note 13 has made its appearance on two official databases. The device has been certified by the European EEC certification authority and has appeared on the IMEI database.

Regarding the other Pro models, the render images of the Redmi Note 13 Pro and Pro+ were revealed recently along with some of its key specifications. The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ has been tipped to have a MediaTek Dimensity chipset, a 1.5K curved OLED display, a 200MP OIS main camera with 4x optical zoom, and a 5000 mAh battery with a 120W fast charge support. The Note 13 Pro is also expected to have a 200MP OIS main camera along with a flat OLED display and a flat frame. The device is also likely to have a glass back body.

The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ smartphone has also been tipped to have the MIUI 15 custom user interface based on the Android 13 operating system with an expected launch date in the month of October in China.

We’ll probably have to wait until more updates arrive to know anything more about the three upcoming devices and to confirm the smartphone which are to have the above-mentioned tipped specifications. Do stay tuned until then.
