Honor Choice Haylou Watch Spotted on the TDRA Certification Website

Honor, the Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer, might be planning to launch a new smartwatch device and now the upcoming device has received the TDRA certification.

Honor Choice Haylou Watch Receives TDRA Certification

The upcoming smartwatch from Honor, the Honor Choice Haylou Watch, has been certified by the TDRA certification authority with the equipment registration number of ER23336/23 and has been spotted on the database with the model number, BOT-WB01. The device has been listed in the short range devices or low power devices category and its certification will be valid till the 14th of August 2026.

The certification platform doesn’t reveal anything particular about this upcoming device and nothing much is known about it. We’ll probably have to wait until more updates arrive.

Honor will be conducting its IFA 2023 Event Keynote on the coming 1st of September 2023 and two foldable devices are anticipated to have its launch. One of them is most likely to be the Magic V2 smartphone which has already been launched in the Chinese market and the other is expected to be a flip device, the brand’s very first flip form factor device.

Recently a foldable device from the brand with an outward folding design was also certified by the MIIT certification authority of China. The Honor Magic 6 Ultimate and the Honor Play 50 Plus are also some of the other devices that are in the works.

The brand has also now unveiled the Honor X5 Plus smartphone globally following the Honor X5 which was launched earlier this year. The device is powered by the MediaTek Helio G36 chipset and runs on the Android 13-based MagicOS 7.1 custom UI. It features a 6.56″ HD+  display and comes with a 50MP dual rear camera setup and a front-facing camera of 5MP. The device is also backed by a 5200 mAh battery and comes with a fast charge support of 10W. The price and availability of the device remain unknown.

Honor has also officially announced its comeback to the Indian market and the former CEO of Realme, Madhav Sheth might head the company. The company will mark its comeback with the launch of the Honor 90 smartphone which had its debut in China in the month of May this year.
