OxygenOS 14 Closed Beta testing program starts for OnePlus 10 Pro in India; Check out the application guide and eligibility criteria

The Chinese smartphone manufacturer, OnePlus has recently started its OxygenOS Closed Beta Testing program in order to get the feedback of selected users regarding the beta version and release a stable version for all users. OnePlus 11, OnePlus 11R, and OnePlus Nord 3– the testing for all these smartphones has already started in India.

Now as per the official announcement by the brand, the OnePlus 10 Pro is also part of this testing program in India. As usual 500 Indian users will be selected for this program who fit the eligibility criteria.

To be eligible, you need to meet the requirements below:

• You are using a OnePlus 10 Pro India variant
• You are an active OnePlus Community member
• You are willing to regularly communicate and report issues/suggestions to the OnePlus team via the Feedback APP
• You are willing to join our CBT Telegram group to communicate with the OnePlus team and other users actively and friendly
• For confidentiality, participants are not allowed to secretly share the CBT installation package or any content related to the internal beta with people outside the project team.

The users who fulfill the above criteria will be selected for this program. However, the users are advised to be patient with this version as it is still under development and they should keep their data save every time during the testing.

Some of the known issues –

• Flashing screen issue when adjusting brightness in the status bar under a dark environment.
• Flashing screen issue when using fingerprint unlock on the lock screen.
• Abnormal display when switching screen resolution.
• Desktop static wallpaper is dimmed after switching to dark mode in the status bar.
• Dynamic wallpaper may switch to static wallpaper after upgrading.
• Flashing screen issue when unlocking with fingerprint in TikTok interface.

How to apply for OxygenOS 14 Closed Beta testing?

• Time of Application: From August 30 until a certain number of applications is reached (you must submit your application during this time, or the application channel will be closed)
• Quota: 500 users
• Confirm your phone has been updated to the detectable version:  NE2211_13.1.0.591(EX01)

• Go to Settings > About device > Tap up to date > Tap icon on the top right > Beta program > Follow the steps to apply
• When are builds rolled out: We will review your application in 5 workdays after the application channel is closed. If you pass the review, you will receive the version in 3 workdays.
• How to download the version after your application is accepted: Settings > About device > Download Now.
• If your application is verified, you’ll receive a Telegram group invitation by message. So please fill in your phone no. carefully while applying so we can contact you.
