Vivo V29 series launched officially in India at a starting price of Rs.32,999, pre-orders starts from today
The Chinese smartphone brand Vivo has today after a long wait launched it’s much awaited V29 series in the Indian market. This series has already created enough buzz over the internet while we also exclusively shared with you the complete spec sheet of this series recently. Well finally the series has arrived in India and it includes two smartphones- Vivo V29 and Vivo V29 Pro.
Vivo V29 series: Pricing & Availability
Vivo V29 arrives in three color variants- Himalayan Blue, Majestic Red, and Space Black. It is available in two storage configurations- the 8GB+128GB variant is priced at Rs.32,999 while the 12GB+256GB variant is priced at Rs.36,999.
Meanwhile Vivo V29 Pro comes in two color variants- Himalayan Blue and Space Black. It also arrives in two storage configurations- the 8GB+256GB variant is priced at Rs.39,999 and the 12GB+256GB variant is priced at Rs.42,999.
The pre-orders for the devices start from today onwards whereas Vivo V29 will be going on sale on October 17 and Vivo V29 Pro will be going on sale on October 10. Both smartphones will be available for purchase at Vivo’s official website, Flipkart, Vivo stores, and other retail stores. The company is offering up to Rs.3500 Instant discount on SBI and HDFC debit/credit card EMI transactions.
Vivo V29 series: Specifications
Both smartphones feature a 6.78-inch 3D curved AMOLED display that arrives with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1300 nits peak brightness, 452 ppi pixel density, and HDR10+ certification. Vivo V29 is powered by Snapdragon 778G processor while the Pro model is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC. Both the devices run on Android 13 OS and are backed by a 4600mAh battery that supports 80W flash charging. The company claims that the users can charge the devices up to 50% in just 18 minutes.
Vivo V29 packs up a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP primary camera, 8MP wide-angle camera, and 2MP Bokeh lens. V29 Pro also features a triple rear camera setup that consists of a 50MP primary camera with OIS support, a 12MP portrait camera, and an 8MP wide-angle camera. Both smartphones feature a 50MP front camera. Both devices include camera features like- Smart Aura Light, a 2x portrait lens, an exclusive wedding portrait camera, an Eye AF group selfie camera, and much more.
