According to Xiaomi India X post, Redmi Note 12 has become the fastest Android smartphone to surpass 1 million shipments in 2023. The data is from Jan-July 2023. Xiaomi has expressed its gratitude to all Xiaomi fans who showed their love and support to the company by making it achieve such a big milestone.
The Redmi Note 12 5G smartphone was launched earlier this year and came with a 6.67 inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 4096 brightness level.
The handset is powered by Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 SoC with up to 6GB RAM. The camera section includes a 13 MP selfie camera housed in a punch hole on the screen and a 48 MP primary rear camera with an 8 MP Ultra-wide and 2 MP macro camera. It is backed by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. It comes in a rated body and also features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 3.5 mm audio jack.

Price
The smartphone was launched in two variants. Its 4GB/128GB variant came with a price tag of Rs 17,999 whereas its 6GB/128 GB variant came with a price tag of Rs 19,999.
