OnePlus, one of the prominent Chinese smartphone brands in India, is offering a Rs. 800 off coupon to all the customers who purchased or at least tried to purchase the brand’s Warp Charge 30 wireless charger – White for Rs. 0.

Why is OnePlus Offering a Rs. 800 Coupon?

Recently, due to some sort of issue, the price of the Warp Charge 30 wireless charger – White from OnePlus was listed as Rs. 0 on the brand’s official Indian website, from its actual price of Rs. 3,990. Many customers on seeing it, are also said to have booked the product and might have been anxiously waiting for it.

Well, OnePlus has started to send an apology message to all who have ordered it, stating that their order has been canceled due to an incorrect price set. To compensate for the inconvenience caused, the brand has also decided to offer the customers a Rs. 800 off coupon, which will be automatically credited to their OnePlus accounts. The coupon will be offered to all the customers who bought it, as well as to the customers who tried purchasing it.

To note, the coupon can only be used for accessory purchases amounting to a minimum of Rs. 1,500 or more. For any further assistance, OnePlus has also requested customers to contact its customer service team and has mentioned not to be hesitant to do so.
