Shashi Tharoor posted a meme on Twitter- what does the internet have to say?

A lot of Twitter have been complaining about the recent fuel price hikes on Twitter, claiming that it is unfair that the current government has allegedly done nothing to make the situation better. Tharoor’s tweet seems to be a commentary on how he views the taxpayers are felt right now.
Here’s how Twitter reacted to it.

Please do not ridicule common tax payers of country. We pay happily for country not for politics.
Shame on congress. Never forget you were in power and could be again but tax payers are still same.
