Specifications of Xiaomi 14
Xiaomi 14 smartphone comes with a 6.36 inch wide 1.5K TCL CSOT C8 OLED LTPO 12bit display with 120 Hz refresh rate and 3000 nits of peak brightness. The display is protected by Corning Glass Victus. The handset is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. It runs HyperOS based on Android 14 out of the box.
The camera section includes a triple camera setup on the rear that features a 50 MP Light Hunter 900 OIS primary camera sensor with a 50 MP JN1 ultrawide camera and a 50 MP telephoto JN1 camera. The front side of the smartphone boasts a 32 MP OV32B selfie camera. The smartphone is backed by a 4610 mAh battery that supports 90W wired charging through a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port and 50 W wireless charging.
Additionally, it comes in an IP68-rated body and also features WiFi 7, Bluetooth version 5.4, IR blaster, dual stereo speakers, NFC support, and an X-axis linear motor for haptics. For security, it also comes with in display fingerprint sensor. It’s 8.2mm thick for the glass variant while its leather variant is 8.28 mm thick. It weighs 193g for glass and 188g for leather variant.
The price of Xiaomi 14
If we talk about the price of the handset it begins from ¥3999 for the 8GB/256 GB variant and goes up to ¥4999 for the 16GB/1TB variant. Its 12GB/256GB variant is priced at ¥4299 and 16GB/512GB variant is priced at ¥4599.
Specs of Xiaomi 14 Pro
The Xiaomi 14 Pro smartphone comes with a 6.73 inch wide 2K TCL CSOT C8 OLED LTPO 12bit display that sports up to 120 Hz refresh rate and 3000 nits of peak brightness. The handset is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC paired with Adreno 750 GPU. The Xiaomi 14 Pro packs up to 16 GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1 TB UFS 4.0 storage.
The camera section boasts a Leica-branded triple rear camera setup on the rear with a Summilux lens. It consists of a 50-megapixel Hunter 900 sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) with f//1.6 aperture, a 50-megapixel telephoto camera, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide angle shooter.
The front side of the phone comes with a 32 MP selfie camera. It runs HyperOS based on Android 14 out of the box. Connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi 7, USB 3.2 port, Bluetooth, GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, Beidou, NavIC, and a USB Type-C port.

The price of the Xiaomi 14 Pro
Its pricing starts from ¥4999 for the 12GB/256GB variant and goes up to ¥5999 for the 16GB/1TB variant. While its 16GB/512GB variant is priced at ¥5499.
Similar to Apple, Xiaomi has also launched the Titanium Frame variant of Xiaomi 14 Pro that comes in a sole configuration of 16GB + 1TB internal storage. It is priced at ¥6,499 in China.
