Vivo X100 series and Vivo Watch 3 officially confirmed to launch on November 13 in China

The Chinese smartphone brand Vivo has today officially unveiled OriginOS 4 while the launch of the Vivo X100 series has been extended and the brand has now officially confirmed that the series will be launching officially on November 13 in the Chinese market.

Vivo X100 series will include- Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro smartphones. Both smartphones will be powered by Dimensity 9300 chipset and will run on the latest OriginOS 4. Alongside the Vivo X100 series, the Vivo Watch 3 will also be making its official debut in China.

Ahead of the official launch, the brand has officially confirmed that Vivo Watch 3 will be launched with a self-developed Blue River Operating System which will also be launching on the same day.

Vivo X100 series: Expected specs

The Vivo X100 and X100 Pro are tipped to come in three colors such as white and blue featuring glass back. Recently the Blue color variant was officially revealed. Both smartphones can also come with a curved edge OLED display on the front with a round camera module featuring a triple camera setup on the rear. Both smartphones will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC and will run on OriginOS 4.

The vanilla X100 smartphone is tipped to feature a Sony IMX920 primary camera, a Samsung JN1 ultrawide angle camera, and an OmniVision OV64B telephoto camera with 3x zoom capability. The Vivo X100 Pro model can come with a Sony IMX989 primary camera, the same Samsung JN1 ultra wide-angle camera, and an OmniVision OV64B telephoto camera with a zoom capability of up to 4.3x. The devices are expected to support 120W fast charging.

The pricing detail of Vivo X100 also leaked online earlier though the exact details will only be confirmed after the official launch.
