October 2023 security update is now live for Lava Yuva 4G smartphone

The Indian smartphone brand Lava today has started rolling out a new security patch to its Yuva 4G smartphone and the rollout has now been made live for the users.

As officially announced by the brand, Lava Yuva smartphone users have now started receiving the October 2023 security patch update (update 59). As mentioned, the update will be integrating the device with the August 2023 Android security patch, unlocking pro-privacy levels and a seamless experience on the device.

To install this update on the smartphone, users may go to Settings> select System> tap on Advance> press on System update.

Lava Yuva 4G: Specifications

The smartphone features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD that offers HD+ screen resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio G25 processor. The chipset is paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. It is backed by a 4000 mAh battery that supports 10W fast charging. The device packs up an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. Other features include- a 3.5mm audio jack, rear fingerprint sensor, face unlock, USB Type-C port, Bluetooth 5.0, and WiFi.
