Specifications of the Motorola Edge 40

The smartphone comes with a 6.55-inch wide FHD+ pOLED display with 1080×2400 pixels resolution, 144 Hz refresh rate and 1200 nits of peak brightness. The handset is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8020 SoC coupled with Mali G77 MC9 GPU. It packs 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.

The camera section includes a dual camera setup on the back. It includes a 50 MP primary camera sensor with f/1.4 aperture, Quad Pixel technology and OIS support. It is complemented by a 13 MP Ultra-wide lens with a 120° field of view. The front side of the handset has a 32 MP selfie camera.

It is backed by a 4,400 mAh battery that supports 68W fast charging and 15W wireless charging. It runs Android 13 out of the box and comes in an IP68-rated body.

The handset comes with a vegan leather back that gives a soft touch and better grip over it. The handset is available in Eclipse Black, Lunar Blue, Nebula Green and Viva Magenta colour options.
