Realme GT 5 Pro officially revealed to feature 50MP Sony IMX890 camera sensor and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC

The Chinese smartphone brand, Realme has recently confirmed that it will be launching its latest flagship device- Realme GT 5 Pro this month in its home country. The brand has also started teasing the display, camera, charging, and performance specs of this upcoming smartphone.

Today the brand hosted a conference in collaboration with Qualcomm and ArcSoft in which it was revealed that the upcoming Realme GT 5 Pro will be featuring the industry’s largest potential telephoto lens at present. It will be equipped with a 50MP Sony IMX890 flagship main camera periscope telephoto lens that supports 0IS and EIS. This camera sensor will be 1/1.56 inches big.

 

Realme GT 5 Pro is also claimed by the brand to be a “turning point in telephoto imaging.” It was also revealed that the smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. Previously the brand has also teased that the smartphone will feature a periscope telephoto lens and will be arriving with a telephoto Dolby Vision HDR video shooting feature. Realme GT 5 Pro: Specifications

The upcoming Realme GT 5 Pro smartphone will be coming equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and will have a 10,000mm² heat dissipation unit. The device will also have the world’s first BOE-customized display screen with curved edges, a 6.78″ screen size, 1.5K resolution, and a 3,000 nits brightness rate. It will also sport a Sony LYTIA primary camera and will support a 240W wired fast charging feature.
