Realme GT 5 Pro Smartphone More Display Specs Teased Ahead of its Scheduled Launch

Realme’s flagship GT 5 Pro device is set to launch next month in the Chinese market and followed by multiple official updates, the brand has revealed more of its display features. The smartphone is likely to compete with the upcoming OnePlus 12 smartphone which is also going to debut early next month.

Previously, the Realme GT 5 Pro smartphone was revealed to have the world’s first BOE customized 6.78″ 1.5K display screen which will have a brightness rate of 3000 nits, and as per what has been shared now, the display will also be featuring the narrowest chin with only a slight curve. It also has the 4th Gen Edge Anti Touch Algorithm for an unparalleled look, texture, and feel.

Speaking more, the display is revealed to have a peak brightness rate of 4500 nits, a global maximum brightness of 1600 nits, and a manual maximum brightness of 1000 nits. Very recently, the OnePlus 12 smartphone was also confirmed to support a 4500 nits peak brightness rate.

The GT 5 Pro is also to support Pro-XDR high dynamic 8T LTPO(0.5-144Hz )display, with a high brightness DC dimming, 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, 20,000 level dimming, 144Hz refresh rate, 2160Hz touch sampling rate, and a custom refresh rate. The display is also TÜV Rheinland certified with Global Eye Protection 3.0.

Realme will unveil its latest GT 5 Pro flagship on the 7th of December, next month, in China, and the pre-order for the device has already begun. Its T-Mall listing also points out that the smartphone will have a starting price of CNY 3,499 for the 8GB/256GB base model.

Some of the other revealed specifications of the device are the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, 10,000mm² heat dissipation unit, 3VC Cooling System, LPDDR5X RAM, UFS 4.0 storage, Sony LYTIA primary camera, Sony IMX890 telephoto lens, and 240W wired fast charging feature.
