Realme is all set to unveil its latest flagship device- Realme GT 5 Pro on 7th December 2023 in its home country China. The pre-orders for the device have already begun in the country. While reportedly the smartphone will be making its debut in the global market in 2024. Lately, the brand has been releasing several teasers of this upcoming smartphone giving a glimpse to the users at the design aspects and specs of Realme GT 5 Pro.
Previously it was tipped that Realme GT 5 Pro would be arriving with up to 1TB storage and a USB 3.2 port and today the brand has officially confirmed the same.
It is confirmed by Realme that the smartphone will be arriving with up to 1TB of storage and a USB 3.2 port for charging. Also as claimed by the company when USB 3.2 port was compared with USB 2.0, the theoretical maximum bandwidth was improved 10 times. Other than this it is also revealed that the upcoming smartphone will be arriving in Starry Night (Black) color variant.
While earlier it was revealed that the device would also be available in a Red rock color variant.
Realme GT 5 Pro: Specifications (revealed)
The smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC that will be paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 internal storage. It will pack up the Sony LYTIA primary sensor and Sony IMX890 telephoto lens. The device is revealed to be equipped with a 10,000mm2 heat dissipation unit and a 3VC cooling system. It will also support a 240W fast charging feature.
If we talk about the display specifications, the smartphone will sport world’s first BOE customized 6.78″ 1.5K display screen which will have a brightness rate of 3000 nits. The GT 5 Pro is also to support Pro-XDR high dynamic 8T LTPO(0.5-144Hz )display, with a high brightness DC dimming, 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, 20,000 level dimming, 144Hz refresh rate, 2160Hz touch sampling rate, and a custom refresh rate.
Though the company has not revealed the pricing details of this upcoming smartphone but recently the device was listed on T-mall which revealed that the 8GB/256GB variant of Realme GT 5 Pro will be priced at CNY 3,499.
