Realme GT 5 Pro confirmed to arrive with 120 frames+ ultimate image quality and Light Chase 2.0

The Chinese smartphone brand Realme will be unveiling its latest flagship device- Realme GT 5 Pro on 7th December 2023 in China. The pre-reservations for the device have already started in China and the company has also confirmed a few of the key specs of this upcoming smartphone.

Today Realme has officially announced that the Realme GT 5 Pro smartphone measured 120 frames+ ultimate image quality in 2 hours of testing. The average frame rate is 119.79, the standard deviation is 0.5 and the maximum temperature is 43.2 degrees Celsius.

Realme GT 5 Pro will also be the first batch to support Light Chase 2.0 PC-level light and shadow effects of the mobile game “Backwater Cold” so that the users can immerse themselves in the game at a glance.

It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. It will be backed by a 5,400 mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging. It will feature the world’s first BOE customized 6.78” 1.5K display screen with up to 4500 nits of peak brightness. The device will arrive with up to 1TB of storage and will feature a USB 3.2 port.

The handset will come equipped with the Sony IMX890 periscope telephoto sensor. It will come with RealmeUI 5.0 based on Android 14 out of the box. Realme also committed to three Android OS upgrades and four years of security updates. The company recently confirmed that the handset will debut in the Red Rock and Starry Night color options.
