Huawei Nova 12 and Nova 12 Pro Phone Cases Revealed; Confirmed to Arrive Soon and More Specs Tipped
The leading Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer, Huawei, is to launch its Nova 12 series devices soon in China. As per recent updates, the series will include four smartphone devices and the phone cases for two of the models have been shared on Weibo.

Nova 12 and Nova 12 Pro – Revealed Phone Cases
The upcoming Nova 12 series is now said to consist of the Nova 12, Nova 12 Pro, Nova 12 Ultra, and Nova 12 Lite devices. Previously, another back case image of the series was revealed, and these new phone cases to some extent align with it, pointing to a few more of its camera elements.
From what can be understood, both the Nova 12 and Nova 12 Pro smartphones will likely be sporting pill-shaped camera modules. At the top, the two smartphones may have a periscope telephoto lens, and below which they might have their main cameras. From what it appears, the main camera of the Nova 12 Pro will probably be larger than the vanilla model. At the very bottom, the phone cases have two more circular cut-outs, which should be for the third camera lens and the LED flashlight.
As previously noted, the Nova 11, Nova 11 Pro, and Nova 11 Ultra all feature similar & almost the same camera modules & lens arrangements, and the same is expected for the Nova 12 series. However, it should be noted that the previous series didn’t have a Lite model.
The phone case for the latest Huawei Enjoy 70 smartphone can also be seen with the two Nova 12 series cases.
Speaking of some of the expected specifications, both the vanilla and pro models will use Kirin chipsets. The vanilla Nova 12 device may have the Kirin 830 chipset, on the other hand, the Nova 12 Pro is said to come equipped with the Kirin 9000s processor.
The tipster Digital Chat Station has also tipped some of the camera specifications of the series. A 50MP RYYB 1/1.55″ f/1.4 – f/4.0 physical variable aperture main camera can be expected for the series. The tipster also adds that the vanilla Nova 12 will have a Vibrant Edition and the original models of all the devices will be having a few surprises for users.
Huawei has also teased the upcoming series stating “Nova will join soon, Pioneer Project (translated)”, revealing an upcoming model in Blue color. Other specs of the devices will be revealed with their launch that can be expected to take place in a couple of days.
