Samsung Galaxy M53 receives Android 14 based OneUI 6.0 update in India with November 2023 security patch

Samsung has announced the Android 14 based OneUI 6 update for Galaxy M53 users in the India region. The update can be identified by firmware version M536BXXU4DWL2/M536BODM4DWL2/M536BXXU4DWK3.

The update integrates the November 2023 Android security patch. It has a download size of 2393.36 MB that is recommended for downloading on a Wi-Fi connection rather than cellular data.

Similar to any other update this can also be downloaded by opening the Settings app on your phone, there you need to select the Software Update and then tap on Download and Install.

Specifications of Galaxy M53 5G

Samsung launched the Galaxy M53 5G smartphone last year in April. It came into the market with Android 12 based OneUI 4.2. It features a 6.7-inch wide FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity O display with a 120 Hz refresh rate.

It is powered by Dimensity 900 chipset paired with up to 8GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage.

It comes with a quad camera setup on the rear featuring a 108 MP primary sensor coupled with 8MP and 2MP macro and depth sensors. On the front, it has a 32 MP selfie camera.
