Vivo sub-brand iQOO will launch its upcoming iQOO Neo 9 series on 27th December in China. The series will include iQOO Neo 9 and iQOO Neo 9 Pro. The Pro model is tipped to arrive in India in January of next year.
Ahead of the official launch of the series in its home market iQOO Neo 9 and iQOO Neo 9 Pro key specs have been leaked in an exclusive report by 91mobiles.
Leaked specs of the iQOO Neo 9 series
As of now, the company has confirmed that the iQOO Neo 9 series will feature a 6.78-inch wide Visionox OLED 8T display with 1.5K resolution and up to 144Hz refresh rate.
The company has also confirmed that the iQOO Neo 9 will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 while the iQOO Neo 9 Pro will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset. And iQOO Neo 9 series will come in Blue, Black, Red, colour options.
As per the report by 91mobiles iQOO Neo 9 series can come in two variants of 12GB LPDDR5X RAM, 256GB UFS 4.0 storage, 16GB RAM, and 512GB storage.
If we talk about the camera department, the report mentions that iQOO Neo 9 Pro can come with a 50 MP primary camera with OIS support complemented by a 50 MP ultra-wide angle lens. For selfies, it can come with a 16MP front camera. The iQOO Neo 9 is said to sport the same camera specs except ultra-wide sensor which can be replaced by an 8MP sensor.
It is said to be backed by a 5,160 mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging. Earlier the company also confirmed that iQOO Neo 9 series will be the first batch to be equipped with the OriginOS 4.
