itel A70 revealed to launch in India as India’s first 256GB storage smartphone under Rs 8,000

Itel known for launching feature-packed smartphones at affordable prices, is now reportedly working on launching a new phone in India. As per the exclusive report by 91mobiles itel is preparing to launch India’s first phone with 256GB storage and 12GB RAM(can also include virtual RAM) under Rs 8,000. This smartphone is mentioned as the Itel A70 in the report. The report also reveals the exclusive render image of the handset.

To recall, iTel A70 was previously spotted on Google Play Console back in October which also revealed some of the key specs.

Let’s get to know about the handset in detail.

As said it can be India’s first phone to come with 256GB storage in this price segment. However, the report mentions that the company can also bring its 128GB storage variant along with it. It is likely to pack 12GB RAM that can include the 4GB virtual RAM.

As per the renders revealed by the report the itel A70 smartphone can come with sizeable bezels across the screen and a wide notch that houses the front camera. It is shown with a sleek design and rounded edges for better hold. The left side of the render is shown to house the SIM card tray. It can come in yellow, green, blue, and light blue colour options as shown in the image. As far as its launch date is concerned, the report says that the company can launch the handset next year in January.
