Mysterious Vivo V2327 phone spotted with Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 on Geekbench
An upcoming Vivo phone identified with model number V2327 has appeared in the database of Indonesia’s TKDN certification platform. At the same time, the device has also been spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking platform. While the Geekbench listing has revealed the chipset, RAM, and OS version of the device, the final marketing name of the device remains a mystery.
The TKDN certification reveals that the Vivo V2327 is a 5G-ready smartphone but does not state anything else about its specifications. On the other hand, the Geekbench listing reveals that it is powered by a Qualcomm chip with six CPU cores operating at 1.96GHz and two CPU cores clocked at 2.21GHz. In addition, the SoC is equipped with the Adreno 613 GPU.
The CPU and GPU details are enough to claim that the Vivo V2327 could be powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset. The Geekbench listing also states that the device has 8GB of RAM, and it runs on Android 14. The handset scored 902 points in the single-core test and 2168 points in the multi-core test of Geekbench.
There is a possibility that the V2327 could be a Y-series phone. Therefore, it is advisable to wait for further reports to know about the actual name of the device. Now that the device has appeared on Geekbench, it appears that the company is testing its performance before the official announcement. Hence, it is likely that it will take a couple of weeks for the phone to go official in Indonesia and some other markets.
