ASUS ROG Phone 8 Smartphone Revealed to Support 12W Wireless Charging Feature
The Taiwanese tech company, ASUS, will soon be unveiling its latest ROG Phone 8 series devices in the global market, and the vanilla model’s wireless charging spec has been revealed.

A new update has arrived pointing out that the upcoming ASUS ROG Phone 8 device with the model number – “AI2401” will likely be supporting a wireless charging feature of up to 12W. The brand has already revealed a few other specs officially, and this new update regarding the wireless charging spec is something to look forward to. The vanilla model will also be having its release in the Indian market as well.

Speaking of its launch, both the ROG Phone 8 series smartphones will be unveiled to the world via the Transcendence Virtual Launch Event, and at the CES 2024 Event they will be showcased before all the participants.
About the other revealed specifications of the vanilla model, the ROG Phone 8 will be using the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and will have the Android 14 operating system. The display will feature a centrally aligned punch hole cutout, along with very slim bezels. A new camera system housing three cameras and an LED flash is also confirmed for the device.
Also, the ROG Phone 8 has been certified by Singapore’s IMDA and Thailand’s NBTC certification authorities, and the device will also be launched in these two global markets. With its launch on the 8th of December, this month, the specifications and the other key specs of the device will be revealed. Stay tuned.
