Upcoming Realme Note 50 Smartphone Receives Malaysia’s SIRIM Certification

Realme’s Note 50 smartphone is expected to have its launch soon and now, this upcoming device has been spotted on the SIRIM certification database.

The Realme Note 50 smartphone has received the SIRIM certification from Malaysia with the type approval code of “RGQL/17G/0124/S(23-5784)”. The database has listed the device under the mobile phone category with the model number – RMX3834. The certification will be valid till the 17th of January 2025.

To add, with this same model number, the Realme Note 50 smartphone had appeared on the Bluetooth SIG and NBTC certification platforms as well. As suggested, the launch date is revealed to be on the 24th of January 2024 according to a shared poster image. In related news, Realme has also officially confirmed the new Note series line-up and apart from the Note 50, there will also likely be a Note 1 smartphone too.

Coming to some of its revealed specifications, design-wise the Note 50 smartphone maybe looking similar to the brand’s C-series devices, and it will likely have a Blue color variant. The device may also be having a Unisoc processor onboard, with storage configuration of 4GB/64GB (+ 4GB virtual RAM support). A 6.7″ HD display supporting 90Hz refresh rate, a 7.99 mm thin body with IP54 rating for dust and water resistance, 13MP + 0.08MP dual camera unit, and a 5MP selfie camera are few of the other notable specs that can be expected. A price tag in between Rs. 7,000 and 8,000 has also been reported.
