Newly released iOS 17.3 and macOS Sonoma 14.3 updates have been made live now

Yesterday Apple released two of its latest updates- iOS 17.3 and macOS Sonoma 14.3 for Apple users. These updates arrive with various new features and security fixes to enhance the user experience. Both these updates have now been made live for the Apple users to install.

iOS 17.3 update

This latest update introduces additional security measures with Stolen Device protection. It also includes a new Unity wallpaper to honor Black history and culture in celebration of Black history month as well as other features and security updates for iPhone. This update fixes bugs with Neural Engine, kernel, Mail, Safari, Shortcuts, and more.

The Stole Device protection feature needs Face ID, to scan your fingerprint when completing specific tasks while it also adds a waiting period before carrying out some tasks like altering your iPhone passcode or AppleID password.

The size of this update is 772.9MB. iPhone and iPad users can install this update by going to Settings>General>Software update.

macOS Sonoma 14.3 update

 

This update introduces enhancements to Apple Music, as well as other features, bug fixes, and security updates for Mac devices. Like a collaborative playlist in Apple Music that allows users to invite friends to join their playlist, and everyone can add, record, and remove songs. Emoji reactions can be added to any track in a collaborative playlist in Apple Music. AppleCare and Warranty in System settings show your coverage for all devices signed in with your Apple ID.

The size of this update is 1.83GB. Mac users can install this update by going to Settings>General>Software update.
