Alleged Galaxy C55 or Y55 AKA M55 5G spotted on Google Play Console database with Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC
In January, a mysterious Samsung SM-C5560 was spotted on the TENAA certification website while last month the images of this device also appeared online via the MIIT certification website.
Today this same device has been spotted on the Google Play Console website. This device is said to make its debut in China and could either be called Galaxy C55 or Y55 AKA Galaxy M55 5G.
The listing reveals that the smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC and equipped with Qualcomm Adreno 644 GPU. It was spotted with an 8GB RAM variant on the database. The device will sport a display that offers 1080×2400 screen resolution and 450 dpi screen density.

The TENAA certification revealed that the smartphone will feature a 6.67-inch OLED display that offers FHD+ screen resolution. It is said to arrive with two storage configurations- 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB internal storage. It is revealed to be backed by a 4,855 mAh battery while the listing states that the device will pack up a 13MP front camera and triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP main camera, 8MP, and 2MP other camera sensors. It is also revealed to arrive with an in-display fingerprint sensor and microSD card slot.
Samsung might soon announce the launch date of this upcoming device in China while the moniker of the smartphone may also be confirmed soon. In the global markets, this smartphone is said to be launched as Galaxy M55 and lately, it has been spotted on various certification websites.
