iQOO Z9 Turbo to feature dedicated graphics chip along with Snapdragon 8s Gen 3
iQOO Z9 Turbo is scheduled to launch on April 24 in China. Ahead of the launch, iQOO has been gradually revealing the key features of the device. Today, it released the above poster to confirm that it will have a dedicated chip for handling graphics.
iQOO Z9 Turbo has Turbo graphics chip
As it is already known, the iQOO Z9 Turbo will come equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. The latest teaser confirms that the device will have a Turbo-branded graphics chip to deliver an exceptionally smooth user experience that surpasses the native frame rate. iQOO describes the Z9 Turbo as a powerhouse, combining outstanding performance with impressive battery life.
Reports have revealed that the iQOO Z9 Turbo will feature a 6.78-inch OLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device will feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, 12 GB / 16 GB of LPDDR4x RAM, and 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
The Z9 Turbo will house a 6,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. The back panel of the device will have an OIS-enabled 50-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The device will feature a 16-megapixel camera for taking selfies and making video calls. The phone is expected to run on Android 14 and OriginOS 4.0. it will arrive in white and green colour options.
The Z9 lineup also includes the Z9x and Z9 phones. The Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 and 7 Gen 3 chipsets, respectively, power these devices.
