OnePlus Ace 3 Pro to sport new design, key specifications tipped

In January, OnePlus unveiled the OnePlus Ace 3 equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 in China. Last month, the brand announced the OnePlus Ace 3V as the world’s first Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chip-powered phone. According to reports, the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro will be the company’s next Ace-branded phone. In a new Weibo post, reliable tipster Digital Chat Station has leaked information about the Pro variant’s design and key specifications.

According to DCS, the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro’s design will be different as compared to the design of the current OnePlus flagship phones. It will have a curved-edge OLED panel on the front that offers a 1.5K resolution. It will have a metal middle frame built with a new coating process and a glass back.

Under the hood, the Ace 3 Pro will have the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. It appears that the highest configuration of the device will offer 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. It is tipped to pack a large battery and previous leaks have claimed that it will support 100W charging.

The back panel of the device will have a 50-megapixel main camera. It appears that it will feature the same IMX890 primary camera that’s available on the Ace 3. It appears that it is still unclear whether a telephoto lens with a 2x optical zoom will be included in the camera setup or not.

There is no information about the device’s launch timeframe. Therefore, it is uncertain if the device will make its debut in the first half of the year.
