JBL India has teased the launch of a new speaker in the JBL Authentic series. As per the post from the company’s official account, this speaker will be launched in India on 2nd May. The hashtag mentions JBL Authentics 500, JBL Authentics 300, and JBL Authentics 200. The JBL Authentics 500 is currently available in India on Amazon while JBL Authentics 300, and JBL Authentics 200 are listed but not available in India now. The JBL Authentics series speakers come in a vintage style with custom vegan leather and a premium aluminum frame. These speakers now come integrated with a voice assistant for comfortable usage.

The available JBL Authentics 500 is priced at 1,41,796 on Amazon. It comes with a 6.5-inch downward-firing woofer and also has three one-inch tweeters and three 2.75-inch midrange drivers. It supports Dolby Atmos and with 270W of amplification, it can be insanely loud. Users also get in-app EQ as well as two physical knobs. For connectivity, it has got Bluetooth v5.3, Wi-Fi, Aux input, Ethernet port, and USB-C for charging. It weighs 8Kg and its dimensions are 447 mm (W) x 240 mm (H) x 255.7 mm (D). The price is obviously a challenging point and we hope to see the same in upcoming speakers from JBL.
