New FunTouch OS Update Rolled Out For iQOO Neo 9 Pro Smartphone; Includes Latest Security Patch And Various Improvements
The smartphone brand iQOO has today rolled out the latest software update for the iQOO Neo 9 Pro smartphone. This update integrates the latest Android security patch to the device and also includes various bug fixes and optimizations.

The update arrives with firmware version PD2338BF_EX_A_14.0.12.0.W30 and the size of the update is 238MB.
Changelog-
The update includes the latest May 2024 security patch that improves the system security, smart sidebar’s background video listening capability is removed. System performance, stability, and smoothness are optimized. The issue where the device was not able to connect to WiFi networks has been fixed while the occasional issue where the home screen is not displayed properly when you return to the home screen from an app is also fixed.
Other than this the stability of the MEMC and Super-resolution feature has also been optimized in this latest update.
Before updating the device to this latest Funtouch OS version, iQOO Neo 9 Pro users should back up their data on the device and also note that during the upgrade extra power will be consumed, and device temperature will briefly rise a little, hence the user are recommended that a charger should be connected to the device during the process.
