Oppo Reno 12 5G Smartphone Appeared On Thailand’s NBTC And Singapore’s IMDA Certification Website
Oppo is all set to launch the much-awaited smartphone series Reno 12 in China on May 23, 2024. This series won’t only debut in China but also in the global market evident from its listing on certification websites like UAE’s TDRA, Thailand’s NBTC, and Indonesia’s SDPPI. A few days ago Pro version of the series appeared on the NBTC certification website and now the standard version has appeared on Thailand’s NBTC certification website. The Oppo Reno 12 has appeared with the model number CPH2625 and the certification number 838341-24.

The smartphone has also been spotted on the IMDA certification website which confirms the smartphone supports WCDMA, LTE, 5G, BT+WIFI+NFC+GPS. The rest of the information about the handset remains under wrap.
As said Oppo Reno 12 series smartphones have also appeared on other certification websites so on Geekbench thus confirming some key aspects. As per the listing of Oppo Reno 12 on Geekbench, the smartphone will be powered by an octa-core chipset with a base frequency of 2.00GHz. It is believed to be a Dimensity 8300 SoC paired with the Mali G615 MC2 GPU. Here it becomes important to mention that this processor will power the global variant and the Chinese variant will draw its power from the Dimensity 8250 SOC confirmed by the Tenaa certification. Its TUV certification suggests it can come with a 4880mAh battery that can be marketed as a 5,000mAh battery that supports 80W charging. Now coming to the camera department the smartphone can come with a sensor with a resolution of 50.4MP, with 4-to-1 pixel binning, featuring an f/1.8 aperture and EIS support. It will feature a secondary rear camera with an 8.3MP resolution, a slightly wider focal length of 21.9mm, and a smaller f/2.0 aperture.
