Oppo A3 Pro 5G sighted on Malaysian SIRIM certification, also “CPH2643” spotted on BIS and HI Res Audio certification
Oppo has so many new A series smartphones under its pipeline and was recently spotted on the Google Play Console-supported devices list. Among these, the Oppo A3 Pro, which was recently released in China, is expected to go global soon. It has been spotted on the UAE’s TDRA, SDPPI, and Eurofins certifications with the model number “CPH2639”. In addition to the certification database, this smartphone has also been spotted on the Malaysian SIRIM certification with the same model number “CPH2639”. But we have also found another model number “CPH2643” on the BIS and HI Res Audio certification which hints it to be a repackaged Oppo A3 Pro(China).
Oppo A3 Pro SIRIM, BIS, and HI Res Audio certification
Although some details have been revealed, such as the battery capacity, which will be marketed as 5000 mAh despite being 4970 mAh, and will be paired with 45W fast charging. Now, its sighting on the SIRIM certification with the model number “CPH2639” hints at its launch in the Malaysian market as well.
The fun part begins now, a new model number “CPH2643” has been spotted on the Hi-Res Audio certification and the BIS India certification. Both certifications failed to reveal the moniker, but based on the Hi-Res Audio certification, it seems like this model number “CPH2643” could be a repackaged version of the Chinese Oppo A3 Pro.
The reason is that if you examine the certification closely, under the model number section, “CPH2643” is written along with the model number “PJY110”. For those unfamiliar, this model number belongs to the Chinese Oppo A3 Pro. So, all signs point to the possibility that it might indeed be a repackaged version of its Chinese counterpart. However, the moniker is not yet present, but I remain hopeful that it will be revealed in the coming days.
So far, the Oppo A3 Pro global variant has been spotted on multiple telecom certifications, but none of them disclose whether it will be similar to its Chinese counterpart. On the other hand, the model number “CPH2643” appears to be associated with the Chinese Oppo A3 Pro, but its moniker remains unknown.
